Ordering

Select a product, add it to your cart, and proceed through checkout. All orders require an account or guest checkout — order confirmation is sent to your email. All prices are in CAD.

Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are processed for fulfillment. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the change requested. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Domestic orders within Canada typically ship within 1–3 business days of order processing. Delivery timelines vary by location — estimated delivery is shown at checkout. Tracking information is sent to your email once the order ships.

Currently, orders are fulfilled for Canadian addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time. Check back for updates to shipping availability.

Products

Yes — all products listed on BME Health are tested for purity before being made available. Batch-level Certificates of Analysis (COA) are accessible on each product page when documentation exists for the active batch. All products are for research use only.

COA documents are linked at the product level — look for the documentation section on any individual product page. COA access reflects the active batch; documentation is updated when a new batch is listed. For general testing information, visit the Quality & Testing page.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has been processed. If there is an issue with your order — such as a fulfillment error or damaged shipment — contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details.
